Initially, he was going to self-release tracks on a label called Forest Drive West, but the name ended up becoming his recording moniker. However, it wasn't until 2016 that Baker became interested in releasing his music. Along with Kenneth Scott, he formed the duo Moniker, and the two began releasing deep tech-house tracks in 2013. He made tracks strictly as a hobby, recording whenever he had spare time, for well over a decade. Joe Baker began making music around the beginning of the 2000s, when he was a teenager attending jungle clubs in Brighton. Much of it has appeared on Peverelist's Livity Sound label, including his 2018 full-length debut, Apparitions. In the spring of 2022 she dropped a music video for the "Bubble Pon Di Bed (Remix)," featuring club queen UNIIQU3, bad gyal British-Jamaican MC Thai Chi Rosè, and reggaeton reina Charly Gynn, shot on location in London, Mexico City, and Bianca’s hometown of Los Angeles. In the last few years, Bianca's tracks "Bumbum Pra Ca," “Bubble Pon Di Bed,” “Selecta” and her hard UK funky/vogue remix for DJ co.kr & Riko Dan’s “Soundbwoy, Rudeboy” have been set staples for DJs all around the world, while her guest mixes for Boiler Room, Toddla T, Diplo & Friends, and Rinse FM have showcased Bianca’s talents behind the decks. Since 2017, her Club Aerobics radio show on NTS has been a staple in the underground scene, showcasing some of the most forward thinking dance music producers and DJs worldwide. underground, continuously working to create spaces for femme/non-binary, queer, and POC artists in the Los Angeles nightlife scene as part of crews like Culosangeles, Club Aerobics and now Warp Mode. She has long been involved in multiple facets of the L.A. bass music, baile funk, reggaeton, grime, vogue and beyond.
